In this paper, we use an agent-based model, called ASIM, to investigate the impact of policy interventions at the Autonomous System level of the Internet.       From Immunity To Regulation: Turning Point Of Internet Intermediary Regulatory Agenda Kai Jia [1]. Abstract. After twenty years’ golden time for Internet intermediaries, who were offered immunity and “safe harbor” protection from liability for the illegal content originated with third-parties, recent cases saw a possible turning point towards more regulation imposed on them. Several larger scale studies on internet intermediaries included such a typology in the resulting reports, but some of the categories are somewhat outdated.
